Position Overview Join our team as Head of Enterprise AI & Automation, the leader accountable for defining SiteOne’s enterprise AI strategy, governing its responsible use, and ensuring AI-enabled process transformation delivers measurable improvements in how work gets done across the company. Reporting to the CIO, this role owns the end-to-end AI mandate (strategy, execution, and governance) with a clear focus on driving customer value, improving associate productivity, and increasing operational efficiency. The role leads a multidisciplinary organization that redesigns and transforms core business processes and enables them with automation and AI where it demonstrably improves outcomes. This leader operates at the enterprise level, partners closely with the executive team, and serves as SiteOne’s primary authority on AI, while remaining deeply grounded in operational reality and measurable results. What you'll do: Define and maintain SiteOne’s enterprise AI vision and multi‑year roadmap aligned to business strategy and operating priorities. Translate strategic objectives into a prioritized enterprise portfolio of AI and intelligent automation initiatives with clear business cases, outcome measures, and investment rationale. Advise executive leadership on where AI should and should not be applied based on value, risk, and organizational readiness. Own enterprise AI investment priorities, including build/buy/partner decisions related to AI capabilities and platforms. Be accountable for AI‑enabled transformation of critical end‑to‑end business processes across branch operations, sales, supply chain, shared services, finance, and customer‑facing functions. Lead and scale a transformation organization responsible for process discovery and reengineering, eliminating bottlenecks and manual effort, and applying automation and AI only after process redesign. Ensure AI and automation solutions are production‑grade, embedded in core operating processes, and adopted at scale. Drive measurable improvements in customer experience, associate productivity and capacity, cycle time, throughput, quality, and cost‑to‑serve. Own and govern the centralized enterprise AI and intelligent automation portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, productivity impact, risk, and scalability. Establish outcome‑based metrics and enforce accountability for value realization across all initiatives. Own SiteOne’s AI governance framework and operating model, including standards for responsible use, human oversight, accountability, transparency, auditability, and regulatory compliance. Chair or lead enterprise AI governance forums and partner closely with IT, Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure responsible AI adoption at scale. Define and evolve the enterprise AI operating model (centralized, federated, embedded) and build, lead, and develop a high‑performing AI and automation organization. Drive enterprise adoption and change by embedding AI into standard ways of working, including changes to roles, KPIs, and operating expectations. Raise organizational AI literacy while clearly communicating AI’s capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use. Hybrid Schedule: Primarily remote, with an expectation to work in-office 1–2 days per week at our Roswell, GA location. Travel: Up to 10% , company meetings, seminars, and site visits.
