​​Leads the Asset Protection team responsible for complex security, safety, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness and response. The Manager is responsible for the development of team capabilities, along with implementation and management strategies in support of the safety and security of people and assets.

​This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Corporate and Supply Chain Asset Protection.​


 

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Leads the asset protection team responsible for complex security, safety compliance and emergency response.
  • Supports security and safety needs, including design and implementation of security systems, technology processes and team development.
  • Partners with security service providers to identify and deliver high-quality performance, while continually improving service and value.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, developing and managing the asset protection team
  • Supports budgeting and financial performance requirements.
  • Executes and develops relevant and meaningful security, safety, and emergency response training.
  • Manage Asset Protection processes in the following disciplines: Security, Shrink, Food Safety (FDA/Ag), Occupational Safety (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA), Environmental Safety (EPA, DHS), Proactive Theft Prevention (C-TPAT).
  • Develops and maintains public agency partnerships
  • Assists with risk and threat analysis and develops/implements mitigating strategies and tactics.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of asset protection, law enforcement or criminal justice experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with direct and indirect reports
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with business customers     
  • Strong organizational, investigative, communication and planning skills
  • LPC, LPQ, CPP, CTM or CFI certifications are beneficial.
  • Proficient with Microsoft operating systems to include: MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
  • NIMS, Incident Command working knowledge is beneficial
  • Experience in safety, security, loss prevention, regulatory/environmental compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to work on all shifts.
