About the Department

The Digital Wealth Products department delivers the data and analytics that power digital wealth, retirement, and investment experiences. The team partners closely with product, operations, and enterprise analytics groups to build trusted, scalable, and insight‑driven data solutions. Work is highly collaborative and focused on modern cloud platforms, business intelligence, and measurable business impact. Joining this team provides hands‑on exposure to cloud data engineering, advanced analytics, and initiatives that influence both strategy and client experience.

How you will Add Value?

Data Engineering & Platform Stewardship:

  • You will build and optimize cloud data pipelines using Amazon Web Services Simple Storage Service (AWS S3) and Snowflake.

  • You will design and manage schemas, tables, and analytics‑ready data models.

  • You will develop, monitor, and tune Extract, Transform, Load / Extract, Load, Transform (ETL/ELT) processes.

  • You will create Snowflake views that support reporting and dashboards.

  • You will apply governance, security, data quality, and cost optimization standards.

Data Modeling, Analytics, and Discovery:

  • You will translate business needs into logical and physical data models.

  • You will design Star and Snowflake schema‑based analytic structures.

  • You will build semantic layers aligned with reporting and analysis needs.

  • You will support data discovery, deep‑dive analysis, and exploratory requests.

Business Intelligence & Visualization:

  • You will design Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.

  • You will create efficient data models and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) measures.

  • You will manage Power BI Service datasets, refresh pipelines, and row‑level security.

  • You will enhance visual storytelling, key performance indicators, and usability.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • You will partner with Product, Operations, and Enterprise Data Analytics teams.

  • You will support requirements gathering and Jira backlog management.

  • You will contribute to solution design and architecture discussions.

  • You will share knowledge through demos, documentation, and best practices.

What will help you be Successful in this Role?

Experience:

  • Eight or more years in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake SQL and data warehouse optimization.

  • Experience building cloud‑based pipelines using AWS S3.

  • Proven delivery of ETL/ELT workflows using SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or Python.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard development.

  • Strong SQL development skills, including performance tuning.

  • Solid understanding of analytics‑focused data warehousing concepts.

Education & Certifications :

  • Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Clear communicator who simplifies complex technical concepts.

  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and quality‑focused.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading discussions.

  • Organized and effective in fast‑paced environments.

Work Shift Timings - 2 PM - 11 PM IST
