Remote | Full-time | B2B contract

Our client is a B2B SaaS marketplace that helps companies choose the right HR and recruiting tools through in-depth reviews and buyer guides. Since 2018, they have been growing consistently and are now looking for a Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of their paid acquisition engine.

This is not a broad “demand gen” role.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on paid acquisition, with real budgets and direct impact on revenue.

What you’ll actually be doing

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google (core channel), LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Manage and optimize $100k+ monthly budgets (with room to scale)
  • Launch, test, and iterate campaigns - from setup to performance optimization
  • Analyze funnel performance (CPL, CAC, MQL → SQL) and improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure lead quality and revenue impact
  • Run experiments across new channels and identify scalable growth opportunities

What matters for this role

  • 4–7 years of experience in paid acquisition / growth roles
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS (must-have), ideally targeting the U.S. market
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (core channel, must-have)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid budgets ($50k+/month+)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel conversion
  • Individual contributor mindset - comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end (not just managing a team)
  • Ability to own strategy and execute campaigns end-to-end

Nice to have

  • Experience in lead generation or marketplace products
  • Background in HR Tech or adjacent industries
  • Experience running campaigns targeting the U.S. market

Working setup

  • Remote
  • Flexible schedule, but requires overlap with 9:00–12:00 AM ET
  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Compensation

  • Compensation: $50,000–$60,000/year (~$4,200–$5,000/month, B2B contract, gross)
