What will your day‑to‑day be like?
- You will assist in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.
- You will process customs documentation with official authorities.
- You will be in contact with both internal and external clients by phone or email, in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
- You will handle client calls providing information for customs clearance or answering questions regarding customs procedures.
- You will liaise with other departments within the company, mainly Billing and Operations, to provide customers with a high‑quality service.
- You will work as part of a team with colleagues at your site to achieve company objectives, ensuring the best possible service for worldwide shipments while complying with customs regulations.
- In short: you are proactive and well organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!

- 17:30 – 21:30 (Monday to Friday)
- 10:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)
- 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
- 08:00 – 17:00 (Tuesday to Saturday)
- 23:00 – 07:00 (Monday to Friday)
Madrid:
- 09:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
- 10:00 – 19:00 (Monday to Friday)
Valencia:
- 07:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday)
Seville Airport:
- 08:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)
Vitoria Airport:
- 08:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)
