The product is a long‑lived, high‑performance SCADA‑related system with strict requirements on reliability, security, and maintainability. You will be involved in both new development and long‑term product evolution, working closely with developers, architects, testers, and product owners in an agile environment.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working with complex systems, understanding end‑to‑end behavior, and writing robust, high‑quality C# code.

  • Understand and modify existing code in a large, mature codebase with long‑term maintenance in mind
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical discussions
  • Execute unit tests, integration tests, and system test scenarios to ensure stable releases
  • Collaborate closely with testers, architects, and product owners throughout the development lifecycle
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and coding standards

Your background

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Azure DevOps and Git
  • Good knowledge of WPF or MAUI
  • Good understanding of relational database design and hands‑on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems, energy systems, or other real‑time/industrial software is highly valued
  • Strong focus on code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage
