Job description

Ensures case management, reporting, and service delivery meet funder requirements and internal quality standards.

  • Conduct internal file audits and quality checks.
  • Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with preparation for state and federal audits.
  • Document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Train staff on compliance protocols.

Required

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, or related field, or 2+ years of compliance, auditing, or case management experience, or combination thereof.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Hourly Range: $24.40 - $27.40
