Circa £35,000 per annum
2 roles available: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months and Fixed Term Contract – 9 months
Full time, 37 hours per week
Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role will predominantly be working from home, however there will be a requirement to travel to some of the offices in our region. Your base location will be Enterprise House in Lincoln.

Join us and use your strong business analysis and IT skills, as you focus on our critical new scheduling tool and implement new functionality, measuring and improving the application service and support.
In this rewarding role, you’ll become one of the Centre of Excellence team members. The Centre of Excellence team own the configuration of the scheduling tool, Oracle Field Service Cloud, identify areas of poor performance and ensure compliance of processes. The functionality is crucial to enabling Anglian Water to provide the best experience to our customers, providing automated updates on job progression and a platform that takes feedback on performance.
With the customers journey at the forefront of your working, you’ll build great relationships with the wider team, ensuring engagement as you identify requirements and develop the functionality of the tool.

What does it take to be a Centre of Excellence Engineer?
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
Experience in an operational environment
Strong business analyst skills
Strong awareness & understanding of operational issues
Excellent IT and keyboard skills with emphasis on SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Applications
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Strong prioritising and decision-making skills
Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team
Able to demonstrate a highly flexible, constructive attitude and strong team working skills
High flexibility to cover operational events
