Working within our IMDS (Integrated Metering and Developer Services) Alliance who work collaboratively with Kier and Clancy Docwra, we cover industrial and domestic metering, new housing and estate infrastructure and water efficiency audits and you’ll play a part in enhancing our excellent reputation.
We base a huge emphasis on customer service and acting as the customer's champion, you’ll visit our customers in response to their metering queries, as well as carrying out surveys to provide our contractors with information that is essential for them to complete further work. You’ll also conduct water regulations inspections on newly installed underground and internally fitted pipework.
Assisting with general water consumption queries, carrying out meter options surveys and ensuring you manage scheduled work in the most effective way will all play a part in your daily routine ensuring that we provide only the best experience for our customers.
What does it take to be a Customer Service Representative?
Ideally educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), you’ll have experience of working within a customer service environment. An NVQ in Customer Services is advantageous.
A confident communicator with strong influencing skills, especially when interacting with customers, you’ll also be comfortable working alone and managing your time on a weekly basis.
If successful in your application, you’ll benefit from access to a company vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential. If you are offered the role, the status of your driving licence may be checked.
