ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Development

To manage engagement/partnership program with developers, REA and business alliances in growing the mortgage portfolio in the respective regions.

To connect with Corporate & Commercial and Biz Banking Division (at the respective regions) for strategic tie-up.

To support sales through tie-up / programs / events / campaign at each respective region.

To work closely with the relevant depts in getting approvals for EF papers & letter of undertakings.

To conduct site visits to developers’ office / project sites whenever the need arises.

To work closely with Sales Hubs in achieving the business targets and common goals.

To monitor the success / penetration rate of projects tied up.

To conduct project review on periodic basis.

To manage any adhoc tasks or assignments from time to time as assigned by Unit/Dept Head
