Job Responsibilities
To contribute to The Bank's and Card Business profitability by:
Achieving multi-channel sales target on cards acquisitions.
Proactively participating in joint discussions with each channel to develop cards sales plan and strategy.
Working with managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy.
Managing, coordinating and synergizing events for cards sales acquisition
Providing support to channels to achieve sales target.
Preparing and updating monthly planner to line manager on timely basis.
To comply to the code of ethics of the financial services and professional conduct by:
Maintaining a professional appearance & approach on and off business hours.
Observing all laws and regulations governing the Bank's business and profession.
Treating all customer's information as confidential.
Complying with POPA 2010, FSA 2013 and other related acts as governed by regulatory bodied.
All other related task instructed by management.
Complaint Handling
To ensure that all complaints are escalated to direct reporting and handled accordingly as per the internal guidelines on complaints handling.
Job Requirements
Possess Diploma in related fields & above.
Sales oriented, result oriented, effective individual, self-motivated, multitasking
Skilled at building relationships with multi-channels, coaching, managing processes.
Ability to work under pressure.
Possess character of winning culture, result and effectiveness oriented, led by example.
