Job Responsibilities

To contribute to The Bank's and Card Business profitability by:

• Achieving multi-channel sales target on cards acquisitions.

• Proactively participating in joint discussions with each channel to develop cards sales plan and strategy.

• Working with managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy.

• Managing, coordinating and synergizing events for cards sales acquisition

• Providing support to channels to achieve sales target.

• Preparing and updating monthly planner to line manager on timely basis.

To comply to the code of ethics of the financial services and professional conduct by:

• Maintaining a professional appearance & approach on and off business hours.

• Observing all laws and regulations governing the Bank's business and profession.

• Treating all customer's information as confidential.

• Complying with POPA 2010, FSA 2013 and other related acts as governed by regulatory bodied.

• All other related task instructed by management.

Complaint Handling

• To ensure that all complaints are escalated to direct reporting and handled accordingly as per the internal guidelines on complaints handling.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in related fields & above.

• Sales oriented, result oriented, effective individual, self-motivated, multitasking

• Skilled at building relationships with multi-channels, coaching, managing processes.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Possess character of winning culture, result and effectiveness oriented, led by example.
