Job description

The Product Manager (Educational Programs) is responsible for developing and coordinating course accreditation applications, including writing curriculum and supporting documentation for approval by internal governance bodies and external regulators. The role contributes to building competitive education products across Higher Education and VET, benchmarks courses against industry equivalents, and supports the long-term delivery of product strategies for the organisation.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of accreditation projects, working closely with senior leadership to develop viable, compliant educational products.
  • Research, write, and compile course accreditation applications, including curriculum documents and subject outlines, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage curriculum mapping, documentation accuracy, and quality assurance, including proofreading and preparing materials for internal review and approval.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to develop, update, and maintain accreditation documentation and overarching program plans.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of teaching and assessment resources, ensuring readiness for course delivery and alignment with accreditation requirements.
  • Tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Health Sciences or a related or similar field  
  • Experience in vocational or higher education teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Excellent liaison, negotiation and collaborative capability.   
  • Excellent writing capacity and attention to detail.

  • Candidates must undergo an Australian Federal Police check (covered by Endeavour).
