Facilities Engineer

HAPO is now accepting applications for a Facilities Engineer in Tri-Cities, WA. We are seeking an individual who is ambitious, self-motivated and who strives to represent HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and standard of service “Defy Expectations” with our members, community as well as the team they are a part of. A Facilities Engineer is responsible for performing preventive, corrective and routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) on all facility and building systems. Performs other general tasks for the maintenance and upkeep of grounds, facility and site as required. Completes specialized repairs in areas of technical expertise. In coordination with the Support Services Manager, the Facilities Engineer coordinates and oversees facility renovation and modernization projects and will carry out projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
