Nearshore Sector | Lead Functional Analyst (AEM)

We are seeking a Lead Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will be the functional authority of the platform, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and reusable AEM implementations.

• Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee functional analysis models, templates, and documentation standards.

  • Translate business needs into AEMaaCS/EDS-compliant functional designs.

  • Develop and maintain authoring guidelines and operational manuals.

  • Design and deliver training for authors and support teams, coaching other analysts.

  • Increase the reuse of functional patterns to speed up large-scale migrations.

• In-depth knowledge of AEM and content models.
• Strong background in functional analysis and documentation within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to balance standardization with flexibility to create scalable solutions.
• Strong ownership and proactive mindset.
• Excellent command of English is required.
