Nearshore Sector | QA Lead Engineer (AEM)

We are seeking a QA Lead Engineer to ensure the quality, compliance, and non-functional excellence of the AEMaaCS (Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service) platform and migrated websites. In this role, you will be responsible for the test strategy, automation, and increasing release confidence within a complex enterprise environment involving integrations, microservices, and large-scale migrations.

• Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the overarching QA strategy across all project phases.

  • Oversee functional requirements, integrations, Azure microservices, performance, security, and accessibility.

  • Define quality gates for each environment and release.

  • Manage MSP (Managed Service Provider) test engineers and validate test results.

  • Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Drive test automation to support "industrialized" migration

• Proven QA leadership experience within enterprise web platforms.
• Preferably experienced with AEM and headless testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Agile/Scrum.

• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential.
