Produce Manager

The Produce Manager leads, develops and motivates a team of produce crew members in order to create a destination experience for our guests. They implement the corporate produce program while adding their unique skills to improve the overall go-to-market of fresh produce products in their given location. They actively order, receive, and merchandise fresh produce while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
