Implement HSEQ strategy within the assigned offshore vessels and provide technical guidance and direction to the crew and vessel’s management. Assess and assure vessel crew and vessel’s management maintain compliance against regulatory, contractual, Milaha HSSEQ framework and accepted industry practice requirements (ISM Code). Implement and direct change within on the assigned vessels to achieve a positive safety culture and drive sustained improvement.
