LR_Short Term - Planning Engineer (387712)

Position Summary The Short-Term Planning-Engineer Reporting to the Lead Mine Planning is responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the short-term mine planning and scheduling processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective allocation of resources (equipment) for the execution of a short-term plan that ensures optimal extraction of the resource in alignment with operational goals. The Short-Term Planning-Engineer will utilise mine planning and scheduling software to develop short-term mine plans, which include daily, weekly and monthly plans, and they will monitor and adjust schedules as required to enhance efficiency and productivity.
