Talent Acquisition Specialist - (US Financial Services)

Hybrid: Three days from Toronto Office (150 York)

Talent Acquisition Experience in Financial Services Industry in US - required 

What you’ll do 

• Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer) 
• Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy 
• Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market 
• Engage candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals 
• Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer 
• Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing, and efficiency 

What we’re looking for 

• 6-8 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (consulting and financial services is highly preferred) 
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills 
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
