Internship - Analytics Engineer

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure a structured and reliable data foundation
• Automation and optimization of data processes and recurring workflows (e.g. using Python and SQL)
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Support for Finance and Controlling in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
• Development and continuous improvement of BI dashboards as well as scalable reporting solutions
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in existing processes and systems
• Use of modern technologies (including AI tools) to increase efficiency and further develop analyses and processes

 

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and data management
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data processing and automation
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Solid knowledge of developing and using ETL processes and data pipelines
• Initial experience with the use of AI tools for data analysis or process automation is an advantage
• Interest in Finance and Controlling processes (e.g. FP&A, reporting, planning)
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured and precise working approach
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Very good command of English
