Job description
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure a structured and reliable data foundation
- Automation and optimization of data processes and recurring workflows (e.g. using Python and SQL)
- Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Support for Finance and Controlling in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Development and continuous improvement of BI dashboards as well as scalable reporting solutions
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in existing processes and systems
- Use of modern technologies (including AI tools) to increase efficiency and further develop analyses and processes
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and data management
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data processing and automation
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Solid knowledge of developing and using ETL processes and data pipelines
- Initial experience with the use of AI tools for data analysis or process automation is an advantage
- Interest in Finance and Controlling processes (e.g. FP&A, reporting, planning)
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured and precise working approach
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Very good command of English
