Job Summary**
As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing expert advice and solutions to help them achieve those goals.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of individual clients, fostering long-term relationships through proactive engagement and excellent service.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients, identifying their current financial situation, risk tolerance, and short-term and long-term objectives.
- Propose and present suitable financial products and services from RHB Bank's comprehensive offerings, including savings, investments, insurance, loans, and wealth management solutions.
- Educate clients on market trends, product features, and potential risks and benefits of various financial instruments.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, recommending adjustments and optimizations based on market performance and evolving client needs.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch/bank's financial performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and financial advisory skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams and specialists to provide holistic financial solutions to clients.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or client relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment concepts, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, SC licenses) is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
