⭐ Mission: Join us as a Software Engineer on our Engineering Efficiency team to directly reduce time-to-market for Qonto's entire tech organisation — by eliminating friction, building reliable internal tools, and making every engineer faster.

⚡ Impact: As a Software Engineer — Engineering Efficiency, you will work closely with Laetitia Riffaud, our Engineering Efficiency Lead, and join a team of 4 engineers who are on a mission to make Qonto's tech organisation faster, smoother, and more impactful. The tools you'll ship will be used every day by every backend and web engineer at Qonto — this is one of the most direct and measurable impact loops you'll find in a fintech engineering team.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Software Engineer — Engineering Efficiency at Qonto, you will Build trust, not just tools : You run proactive discovery conversations, keep stakeholders in the loop at every step, and turn releases into moments of clarity with communication that leads with value.
