DEVELOPS SALES ENABLEMENT SUITE FOR FIELD SALES TOOLS (GLOBAL & LOCAL)
Develop and enhance selling tools that enable Key Accounts, Insights and Distribution to be more effective (e.g., develops suite of online selling calculators to win the store level sell)
Works with Sr. Managers of Field Support, sales and distribution leadership, and global HQ to identify gaps and collect requirements to develop national sales enablement tools and resources for sales and distribution teams.
Build clear process flow and ways of working between the broader sales team and the field support team to maximize efficiency and deliver innovation solutions to the field.
PERFECT STORE INITIATIVE
Refresh annually the guidelines and documentation around Perfect Store standards in partnership with channel sales leads and global stakeholders
Manage the vendor to deliver 50,000 annual audits of high quality, monitor coverage and maintain budgets.
Manage perfect store audit disputes submitted by distributors monthly.
PAT ASSET TRACKING
Implement new US process for tracking POS assets at retail In partnership with global trade marketing.
Deliver sustainability reporting requirements to HQ and local sustainability teams.
Deliver requirements for technology needed to aid the process.
Partner with RBDC sales Intelligence to design an In store routine that Includes asset tracking.
Train and empower local sales teams to track their cold equipment on an ongoing basis.
BRAND STANDARDS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES
Ensures all RBNA distribution tools, deliverables, and applications are within Brand Standards and Guidelines
Works on the digital asset library for Sales and Distribution
Works with the brand team to ensure there are correct processes to publish digital assets that meet brand standards
Works with the brand team to improve processes in the field to meet perfect store and look like #1 brand standards at Retail
- 2-5 years of experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred but not mandatory
- Management consulting experience is a plus
- Track record of management and stakeholder influence of client groups through support with effective tools & communication
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, with an emphasis on presentation and training
- Strong project management experience and proven success in delivering projects on time and on budget
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of in store execution, merchandising and POS in a direct store delivery distribution model preferred but not mandatory
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
