About the Role
Working closely with the Director of Revenue and senior commercial leaders, you will play a key role in shaping and executing revenue strategies that maximise performance across all segments of the business.
You will analyse trends, anticipate demand and identify opportunities to optimise pricing, inventory and distribution, contributing to both the strategic direction and the day-to-day tactical excellence that defines a luxury operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of pricing and distribution strategies to optimise RevPAR, ADR and overall revenue performance.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Conference & Events and Reservations to maximise performance across all distribution channels.
- Analyse market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and yield optimisation.
- Maintain accurate data integrity across systems including TARS, IDEAS, FLYR, and OPERA to ensure precise reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present insights and data for weekly Revenue Strategy (RevMax) meetings.
- Contribute to the optimisation of all revenue streams, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering and Events.
- Support the evaluation of group business, including pricing strategies, inventory management and acceptance decisions for group bookings.
- Monitor competitor pricing and positioning, ensuring the hotel remains competitively placed within the luxury market.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual business plan and financial budget.
- Provide support to the Reservations team as required.
About You
- A naturally analytical mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Experience with revenue management and property management systems (e.g. OPERA, EZRMS, IDEAS, TARS) will be highly regarded.
- Experience in a luxury or high ADR environment will be highly regarded.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to excellence.
