• Design and develop mechatronic systems and components for automotive applications.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using UGNX or CATIA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
• Develop and validate system architectures integrating sensors, actuators, and control units.
• Perform tolerance analysis, simulations, and design validations.
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of mechatronic systems.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including design changes and documentation.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization.
