Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master Data Management Analyst with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our team in the wholesale industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, and supporting business operations with accurate and timely data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Master Data Management. Oversee the complete lifecycle of master data, including creation and maintenance.
  • Create and modify supplier records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain product information, including item descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
  • Update and manage customer records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure all master data entries are accurate and completed within the designated timeframes.
  • Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP platforms for master data management tasks.
  • Ensure Data Quality consistently for the tasks delivered.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce or relevant qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in master data management, preferably within the wholesale industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP platforms is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
