Job description
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination, utilizing a broad range of sourcing strategies;
- Partners closely with Hiring Managers and international stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives;
- Manages relationships with cross-border stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on hiring priorities, and timely delivery across regions;
- Develops and publishes compelling job advertisements across multiple online channels to attract relevant talent;
- Conducts targeted talent mapping by identifying relevant companies, professional communities, and industry associations;
- Leverages networking opportunities, referrals, and professional communities to build and maintain strong talent pipelines;
- Applies creative and research-driven sourcing techniques using search engines, online communities, blogs, and other digital platforms;
- Provides market-informed compensation recommendations, ensuring alignment with candidate expectations, internal equity, and established compensation frameworks;
- Builds and maintains a pool of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring demands;
- Continuously explores and proposes innovative sourcing approaches to improve recruitment effectiveness;
- Maintains awareness of IT market trends and evolving talent landscapes to proactively adapt sourcing strategies;
- Supports recruitment activities with related administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle IT Recruitment experience in a fast-paced company environment;
- Ability to work with a variety of sourcing methods;
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
- Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, and creatively with limited supervision;
- Ability to accurately assess candidate skill set, motivation as well as job and company fit;
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and candidates;
- Openness to share knowledge and best practices with the team;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
