About the Role: In the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist role, you will be obsessed with the mechanics of the entire funnel. Your primary objective is to strategically lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through conversion rate optimization and aggressively scale Lifetime Value (LTV). While our media buying team focuses on driving traffic, your mission is to maximize the value of every visitor who enters our ecosystem. You will own the "post-click" journey, ensuring that the traffic we acquire doesn't just convert once, but remains engaged and returns to shop again.
