Job description
► Monitor and maintain connected mobile solutions containing sensors, cloud applications, and microservices
► Manage and operate cloud-based applications and remote devices
► Monitor and ensure system uptime, security, stability, and performance while identifying issues
► Process and resolve anomalies in the cloud system and on remote devices
► Manage software rollout campaigns for production devices
► Administer devices and customer services
► Handle incident and request management from identification to resolution, including prioritization and/or escalation
► Improve and automate frequent daily operational tasks and processes
► Work with concepts, ticket systems, monitoring tools, and operational tasks
► Transfer knowledge to team members and provide mentoring
► Track and report key performance metrics
► Team player with excellent communication skills
► Structured, goal-oriented approach with methodical and analytical working style
► Proficient in English (spoken and written); German language skills are beneficial
► Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure or AWS) and connected devices
► Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Grafana), ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), and MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
► Knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or VBA) is beneficial
► Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, or proven track record of practical experience
