ポジション概要:

プロジェクトマネージャーは、顧客・社内ステークホルダー・プロジェクトチームをつなぎ、プロジェクトを成功に導く責任者です。

本ポジションでは、事業戦略・顧客要求を踏まえたプロジェクト目標を設定し、計画立案から実行、進捗管理、リスク対応、完了までを一貫してリードします。複数の専門領域（開発、営業、購買、品質、外部パートナー等）と連携しながら、複雑なプロジェクトを構造化し、意思決定と推進を行うことが期待されます。

業務内容:

◆ プロジェクトの目的・スコープ・体制の明確化、プロジェクトマネジメント計画の策定

◆ プロジェクト全体を統括し、管理・監督・推進する

（スコープ、スケジュール、コスト、品質、リスク、リソース等）

◆ プロジェクトチームならびに社内外のステークホルダーのマネジメント

◆ 異なる地域のクロスファンクショナルチーム（例：ドイツ、インド、ベトナム）との連携

◆ 購買・調達業務管理

◆ プロジェクト獲得に向けた営業チームの支援

 （価格交渉、技術提案、プロジェクトスケジュール作成 等）

◆ 営業／プロジェクトに関わる書類の作成および管理

（NDA、NPI、見積書、発注書、請求書など）

◆ 顧客との関係構築、顧客満足度向上のための活動

◆ 市場動向および法規制・技術トレンドの理解

Your tasks will be:

◆ Develop the project charter and project management plan with the team

◆ Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects (scope, schedule, costs, quality, risks, resources, etc.)

◆ Manage the project team, and internal and external project stakeholders

◆ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different regions (e.g. Germany, India, Vietnam)

◆ Manage procurements

◆ Support the sales team with project acquisitions (price negotiations, technical proposals, project schedules, etc.)

◆ Prepare and manage commercial related documents (NDAs, NPIs, quotations, purchase orders, invoices)

◆ Build up customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

◆ Understand markets and regulatory/technology trends (Japan, ASEAN, Oceania)

応募要件・スキル:

◆必須条件

・3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（例：スコープ、スケジュール、予算、品質、リスク、リソースの管理）

・自動車パワートレインまたはブレーキシステムにおけるソフトウェア開発・適合経験

・自動車システムエンジニアリングの知識・経験があれば尚可

・日本の顧客対応経験

・主体的に行動でき、高い調整力およびステークホルダーコミュニケーション能力を有する方

・多文化・グローバルな環境で前向きに業務を遂行できる方

・ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力（読み・書き・会話）

◆あると望ましい

・PMPまたは同等の資格を保有していれば尚可

・国内外への出張が可能な方

Requirements/Skills:

Must haves

• At least 3 years of project management experience (e.g. manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, resources)
• Background in automotive powertrain or brake system software development and application
• Proactive, strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in dealing with Japanese customers
• Business level Japanese and English
• Positive mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural and global work environment

Nice to haves

• PMP or equivalent
• Able to travel domestically and internationally (ASEAN) for customer meetings (depending on project, <10%)
