Overview The Data Integrity and Transformation Analyst ensures the accuracy, availability, completeness, consistency, and relevance of our core data sources for our product information and digital asset platforms. In addition to supporting the integrity of our data, this person will play an active role in the governance of this data and the associated processes and procedures around its creation and maintenance Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include: Responsibility for leading and/or executing SKU set up and maintenance within the master data and product information management systems for the Americas region. Being a subject matter expert on our data information systems, driving improvements & efficiency, and ensuring they perform on a daily basis in meeting our business needs (eg. PIM, DAM, and ERP systems, Tableau, Business Portal, etc.) Ensuring our data across these systems is up-to-date, effectively and accurately supplying the necessary information to our business reporting systems and other internal and external systems Proactively identifying and researching data issues; identifying systematic issues and working across functions (eg. Master data team, IT, product, and customer teams) to escalate, resolve, and improve sourcing and quality controls to prevent future issues Documenting and maintaining work instructions for stored procedures relating to data governance Conducting routine audits of data to identify gaps and issues, reporting and escalating findings as appropriate Aggregating, cleansing and organizing datasets from disparate sources and performing quality assurance checks on tasks completed by team members Working with IT and other cross technology partners to automate key data integrations and eliminate manual processes where possible Developing data visualizations to communicate findings, trends, and indicators to senior leaders using Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar tools Testing and experimentation with Artificial Intelligence to uncover opportunities to automate manual data entry tasks and create usable customer-facing content Working with the ‘Leader – PIM, DAM & Pricing’ on governance initiatives both in the Americas and globally, playing an active role with stakeholders to establish and drive adherence to processes and procedures Supporting the development of visualization tools to communicate findings, trends, and areas of concern to our commercial business leaders. Qualifications Job Requirements: Undergraduate degree BS/BA required / or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience Minimum 4 years of experience working in an Insights, analytics, or product information function Experience using Artificial Intelligence is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Working knowledge of other MS Office and Google applications Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies Strong systems acumen; experience with Tableau, S4, PowerBI, Google Big Query, SQL, or similar Able to perform data mapping and metadata management activities. Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive professional, able to work independently, with varying levels of management, cross-functionally, and as part of a strong collaborative team Able to develop, analyze and use different sources of data to make decisions affecting the customer and the company Well-developed communication, planning and organization skills with versatility and flexibility to complete competing time-sensitive priorities Must be comfortable communicating and collaborating cross-functionally with various levels of employees up to and including senior management Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $72,000.00-$118,000.00 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
