Position: Lead Full stack Java Consultant

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Onsite

• Technical Leadership: Guide the development team in architectural discussions, design, and code reviews, ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement robust Java-based backend services (Microservices, REST APIs) and interactive frontend components (React).
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship to junior developers, driving engineering excellence and technical growth within the team.
• System Design: Contribute to architectural decisions, including Kafka/RabbitMQ message systems and cloud technologies.
• SDLC Management: Oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from design to DevOps implementation, including Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes.
• Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to meet project goals.
• Backend: Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Frontend: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular) and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Database: Experience with SQL/RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• DevOps & Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
