PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH As a Product Training Consultant -Border Management, you will support the delivery of high-impact learning solutions across SITA’s airport, airline, and border management technologies. This role focuses on programmes across Latin America, delivering training in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. You will primarily work with existing global training materials -customizing, localizing, and validating content - while delivering engaging training sessions aligned with operational and customer needs. You will receive product training and work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency. WHAT YOU WILL DO Deliver training sessions (virtual and on-site) to customers, partners, and internal teams primarily across LATAM and other regions if required Customize and localize existing training content to meet regional, language, and customer requirements Act as the quality gatekeeper for multilingual training content, including validation of machine-translated materials Collaborate with subject matter experts to confirm technical accuracy and relevance of training materials Support updates to training materials based on product changes, feedback, and operational needs Define and maintain standards for training quality, consistency, and terminology across languages Ensure training content aligns with SITA standards, terminology, and branding Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery approaches Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools to support training delivery Gather feedback and support measurement of training effectiveness Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in education, Learning Technologies, Languages, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience delivering training in a professional or technical environment Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written and spoken) Strong communication and presentation skills across multicultural audiences Experience reviewing, editing, or validating translated content (machine translation experience is a plus) Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences Experience working with LMS platforms or digital training tools is desirable Strong attention to detail and quality when working with multilingual content Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel across Latin America and other world locations as required WHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
