Residential Intensive Support Team (RIST) RIST is an intensive residential support program designed to address the needs of individuals who may require intensive but varying degrees of residential support in the transition from hospital to community living. Bridgeway’s RIST programs are comprehensive and flexible mobile teams skilled in state-of-the-art interventions that provides person centered recovery and wellness services to people re-entering the community from a psychiatric hospital. Responsibilities In collaboration with the CIS Director and the Senior Wellness Clinician, the Wellness Clinician-Licensed, LCSW, LPC or LMFT ensures that clinical interventions are effective, trauma informed, stage-based and tied directly to the goal and discharge plans of the individual receiving services. As part of a multidisciplinary, core services team, assessment and direct clinical services to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder or a co-occurring disorder who are enrolled in the CIS Program. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field 3 years paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an Outpatient or Community Mental Health Setting Valid driver’s license required with no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months NJ LCSW, LPC or LMFT About Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services facilitates, promotes, and fosters recovery from mental illness and co-occurring problems.
