Job Title-Actuarial Analyst (P&C) Location- Bangalore Work Mode- Hybrid Required Experience- 2-4years of relevant experience Aon India’s [placeholder name] team supports Aon's global reinsurance broking business. Working alongside actuarial teams in North America, UK, and EMEA, the team plays a critical role contributing to renewal analytics, portfolio insights, and standardized modeling workflows. You will perform experience analysis, exposure rating, credibility blending, and structured scenario testing, partnering closely with onshore actuarial leads. What the day will look like Collaborate closely with onshore actuarial leads to execute and refine renewal analytics Conduct experience studies (triangles, LDF selection, trend analysis) Execute exposure rating models (GEM, custom rating templates) Perform credibility assessments and blending analysis Support scenario and sensitivity testing for reinsurance programs Generate structured pricing exhibits and support client-ready output Document assumptions and support governance review Contribute to model automation and process standardization initiatives Skills and experience that will lead to success 2 – 4 years of experience in P&C pricing or reinsurance analytics 4 – 6 actuarial exams passed preferred Strong experience with R / Python / SQL Familiarity with reinsurance structures (quota share, XoL, etc.) Ability to explain technical results in structured business language What makes you stand out (Differentiation) Ability to translate model outputs into clear structuring recommendations and trade-offs Confident communicator who can explain complex analytics to brokers and senior stakeholders Seeking team building / culture-setting on a scaling global team How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
