As a Dispatcher at Fox Pest Control, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service by ensuring customer appointments are scheduled efficiently and technicians are set up for success. Schedule and adjust customer appointments using PestRoutes Optimize technician routes to ensure timely, efficient service Communicate closely with Inside Sales and Branch Operations Managers Proactively manage schedule changes due to availability, illness, or demand Contact customers to reschedule appointments when needed Provide visibility into branch availability and sales opportunities Support sales reps and branches on a case‑by‑case basis Stay ahead of scheduling needs, openings, and bottlenecks Attend DCM meetings and collaborate cross‑functionally Build systems that keep schedules running smoothly—even on days off Qualifications What We Are Looking For You don’t need pest control experience -we’ll train you. The right mindset is what matters most.
