Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives, identify top talent, and build strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and driving our company's growth through strategic talent acquisition.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple open positions across various departments and levels
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate fit and potential
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and organizational culture fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain detailed records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer negotiations
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and employment law compliance to ensure adherence to organizational policies
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiters, and candidate networks
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to enhance organizational visibility
- Mentor junior recruitment team members and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience in a corporate environment
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing across multiple channels
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Experience with behavioral assessment tools and interview techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Preferred: Experience with executive or senior-level recruitment
- Preferred: Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting tools
- Preferred: Background in specific industry verticals or specialized talent acquisition
