  • Perform routine data maintenance tasks, including sorting, categorizing, and formatting information
  • Assist with general administrative support to keep office operations running smoothly
  • Communicate proactively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Support the organization's commitment to data integrity and confidentiality
  • Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes as the organization evolves
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless information flow

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable, responsible attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Must be a resident of the United States
