Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience: 6+ years
- Must have 6+ Years of experience in SAP GRC, SAP delivery, with at least Two SAP implementations
- Should be able to implement, configure, and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules (Access Request Management, Role Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management).
- Should be able to perform segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and resolve conflicts to ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Should be able to develop and optimize GRC rule sets and workflows for user provisioning and role assignments.
- Should be able to monitor and maintain GRC risk analysis dashboards, ensuring timely resolution of identified risks.
- Should support SAP GRC upgrades, patches, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Must deploy and manage SAP IAG for cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
- Should be able to define and implement identity governance processes such as access certification, role modeling, and lifecycle management.
- Should be able to collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline role and user access management across hybrid SAP environments (cloud and on-premise).
- Must ensure secure integration of IAG with external identity providers and directories (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD).
- Must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and ITGC by implementing effective access controls.
- Should be able to prepare and support internal and external audits by providing evidence and resolving findings.
- Should create and maintain documentation for GRC and IAG configurations, policies, and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
