Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Solutions Consultant, you are the definitive, essential partner to the Sales organization. You own the technical pre-sales journey, transforming product complexity into undeniable client impact and absolute clarity. We don't just respond to requirements; we anticipate client needs, proactively shape successful outcomes, and collaborate across the organization to build the trust necessary to secure maximum value. Your goal is to drive predictable revenue growth by ensuring that every partnership—from standard deals to the most complex programmatic engagements—is built on a foundation of technical excellence and strategic alignment.

‎

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a high-impact, technical role designed for a "Solution Architect" mindset. You will bridge the gap between our Sales, Product, and Implementation teams. You will be the Solutions Consulting team’s primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrations, responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle.

1. Strategic Pre-Sales Scoping & Execution

  • Discovery & Alignment: Join discovery calls to diagnose customer pain points and ensure perfect alignment between their tech stack and our suite of programmatic and manual job distribution products.

  • Technical Scoping: Lead the technical scoping Programmatic customers as well as for high-value SaaS deals, including Salesforce integrations, Candidate API, and custom workflows.

  • Goal Alignment: For programmatic deals, define success metrics and ensure the proposed solution can realistically achieve the client’s CPA and volume goals.

  • SOW & RFP Ownership: Draft technical requirements for SOWs and lead the response for RFPs.

2. ATS Integration Mastery

  • End-to-End Integration: Self Directed technical implementation of clients with our existing ATS integrations for existing and new customers. Accountability for the entire end-to-end process

  • Middle-ware & API Expert: Act as the primary resource for new integrations using Kombo as a 3rd party integrator, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.

  • Down-Funnel Data: Configure and validate down-funnel data connections to ensure clients can track a candidate from "App" to "Hire" within their source of truth.

  • Consultative Transitions: Serve as the lead resource when existing customers undergo an ATS migration, ensuring no loss of data or distribution continuity.

  • Validation & Testing: Own the "Tracking" phase of the journey—testing and validating Server-to-Server (S2S) connections and pixels to ensure conversion data is 100% accurate before launch.

‎

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • The Experience: 5+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Management role within the HR Tech or Ad Tech space.

  • ATS Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with major ATS platforms (Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and a strong understanding of integration landscapes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Professional experience working with APIs and third-party integrators like Kombo. You should be comfortable discussing webhooks, authentication protocols, and data mapping.

  • Proficiency in MSSQL, basic SQL knowledge, and the ability to execute stored procedures.

  • The "Programmatic" Mindset: A firm grasp of programmatic job advertising, including tracking pixels, conversion tags, and data-driven optimization.

  • Communication Mastery: The ability to take a complex, multi-layered technical integration and explain it simply to a non-technical CHRO or Head of Talent Acquisition.

  • Language Skills: English as the primary language. French or German is a PLUS!

  • Analytical Rigor: A passion for "Testing and Validation"—you don't consider a job done until the data reflects the reality.
