Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Signavio Program Manager! This hybrid position will be located in Latina, Italy. Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Titusville, New Jersey; Raritan, New Jersey; Toronto, Canada; Latina, Italy; Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium. Alternate locations and Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager to lead the deployment, ongoing support, and adoption of our Signavio process management program. This role combines technical delivery, vendor and stakeholder management, process governance, and change management to ensure Signavio enables consistent, measurable process excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Signavio (configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support).
- Own the production stability and day-to-day support model (incident management, triage, root cause analysis, and SLA tracking).
- Partner with process owners, IT, security, and business teams to design governance, roles, and lifecycle processes for process documentation and change.
- Configure and maintain platform settings, libraries, templates, process repositories, and user access controls.
- Design and implement integrations with core systems (ERP, identity, reporting tools) and APIs; coordinate with engineering/IT teams for secure and performant solutions.
- Develop and deliver training, adoption programs, playbooks, knowledge base articles, and user enablement materials.
- Manage the vendor relationship with Signavio (or program vendor), including escalation, roadmap alignment, licensing, and periodic reviews.
- Measure program success and report KPIs (uptake/adoption, availability, time-to-resolution, process coverage, compliance metrics).
- Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating release management.
- Supervise and coach direct reports and contractors supporting deployments, integrations, and application support.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree strongly preferred
Experience and skills
Required:
- 8 years of relevant work experience including 5 years experience leading SaaS deployment/support programs, preferably in Business Process Mapping (BPM)/process management tools.
- Demonstrable experience with Signavio or similar process management platforms (process modeling/BPM tools).
- Strong technical understanding of integrations (APIs, webhooks), identity and access controls, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with IT service management and support practices (incident/change/problem management, SLAs).
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional change and adoption.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience building training and documentation materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in BPM, ITIL, PMP/Prince2, or Agile/Scrum.
- Experience integrating with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with process mining, RPA, or analytics tools.
- Prior experience in regulated industries or large global organizations.
Other:
- Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally; proficiency in German, Dutch, or Italian is helpful
- May require up to 30% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is:
€70,700.00 - €122,015.00
The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:
Belgium – The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR96,000 – EUR165,025
Ireland – The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR85,000 – EUR146,050
