As an Insurance Agent in Training, you will

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

We're seeking a driven sales professional who excels in communication and relationship-building. Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Active California Property & Casualty License (required).
• Active California Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
