Job description
Founded in 2016, the French leather goods house Polène stands out for its exceptional craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with organic designs directly inspired by nature. In a context of strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our activities in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to build deep expertise at every level of our organization. Our resolutely artistic positioning reflects the elevation of our range of handbags and jewelry, supported by 800 artisans working in our Spanish ateliers in Ubrique.
The story of Polène can be written with you: join us and contribute to this journey behind the scenes of our Paris headquarters, which already brings together over 200 people passionate about our craft.
Within the Image Team
Under the supervision of the Print and Digital Graphic Manager, you will work closely with the digital, branding, press relations, design, and retail teams. You will join a creative and dynamic team within a fast-growing brand, and directly contribute to shaping the image of a luxury leather goods house.
You will be involved in both graphic design projects and the development of digital experiences, with a particular sensitivity to UX challenges. You will actively contribute to the 360° design of engaging user journeys and interfaces, aligned with the brand’s aesthetic universe.
You will translate creative briefs into relevant visual concepts and digital experiences, combining creative excellence, executional precision, and user-focused thinking. This role requires strong graphic design expertise, solid knowledge of UI design, and the ability to structure and evolve digital projects.
Your responsibilities will include
- Designing print and digital communication assets, ensuring consistency with the brand image
- Developing and optimizing digital assets: web design, interface design, specific activations, and user journey improvements
- Contributing to UX thinking: supporting the continuous improvement of digital experiences in collaboration with product and digital teams (ergonomics, readability, information hierarchy)
- Creating and developing graphic concepts: translating briefs into strong creative proposals aligned with Polène’s identity, while integrating user experience considerations
- Production follow-up: managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and respect of deadlines
- Project organization and management: prioritizing tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and optimizing workflows and assets
- Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with various teams to enrich projects, raise standards, and contribute to cohesive, high-quality 360° brand experiences
Our expectations
- You have a background in Graphic Design, Media Interaction Design, or UI/UX
- You have initial experience in a similar role, either in-house or in an agency, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector
- You have strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is a plus
- You are fluent in French, with a good level of English
- You are versatile, curious, and well-organized
- You have a strong interest in the graphic culture of fashion and luxury, and are able to develop impactful visual concepts from briefs
Our environment
- A 100% on-site experience within our newly renovated Paris offices, located on Rue du Louvre in the 2nd arrondissement, refurbished at the end of 2024.
- A ClassPass wellness and fitness subscription.
- Access to childcare networks People & Baby and Les Petits Chaperons Rouges.
Legal benefits
- 25 days of paid leave per year and 10,5 additional RTT days.
- Alan health insurance, 60% covered by the company.
- 50% reimbursement of your public transport pass or a sustainable mobility allowance of €40/month.
- Swile meal vouchers worth €10 per working day.
At Polène, we are committed to ensuring inclusive recruitment processes and to selecting and promoting every candidate in an ethical and equitable manner.
