The salary range for this position is $290,000 to $336,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Join Our Community: Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician in Dover, NH

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join the established Pulmonary & Critical Care practice at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consultations and optional ICU coverage in a collaborative community setting with system-level support.

Position Highlights

• Combination of outpatient pulmonary clinic, inpatient pulmonary consults, and optional limited ICU coverage
• Established practice with experienced physicians and APP support
• Fully integrated Epic EHR

Practice Information

• Outpatient pulmonary clinic serving a broad patient population
• Inpatient pulmonary consult service at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
• Option for limited ICU coverage within a modern critical care unit
• Close collaboration with hospitalists, respiratory therapy, and specialty services
• Opportunity to participate in program development and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
• Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure
• Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented approach
