Kpler is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal, Risk & Compliance team in managing corporate governance and entity administration across its global footprint. This role is critical in ensuring that Kpler’s worldwide entities - primarily across Europe, with ongoing global expansion and frequent organisational and governance changes  - remain compliant with local corporate requirements. The Corporate Paralegal will coordinate with external counsel, maintain accurate corporate records, and support the creation and ongoing management of legal entities worldwide.
