Role Summary:
This role sits within the [Egypt] Retail Media team and is responsible for managing and growing retail media partnerships with CPGs brands and suppliers. The role requires a strong understanding of retail media and performance, ensuring partners unlock measurable growth by leveraging talabat’s retail media and data solutions.
What’s On Your Plate?
Partner Relationship Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with Health & Beauty and Pharma suppliers, distributors, and agencies, acting as the trusted advisor for their retail media strategy on talabat.
Category Growth Driver: Support our CPG partners in scaling their business through tailored advertising and data-led media strategies.
Data & Insights Ownership: Champion adoption of talabat’s data solutions, providing insights into consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive positioning to drive smarter investments.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Become an expert in talabat’s media solutions, ensuring campaigns deliver high ROAS, brand visibility, and measurable results across both beauty and pharma verticals.Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with talabat Mart and Local Market commercial teams to integrate retail media with broader trade and category initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wellness activations.
Business Development & Retention: Drive new media opportunities while expanding existing partnerships to maximize adoption of retail media solutions across health and beauty brands.
Activation Management: Oversee flawless execution of partner activations across talabat’s marketing and media channels.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in health, beauty, and pharma e-commerce, ensuring talabat is positioned as a thought leader and trusted retail media partner.
Knowledge Sharing: Foster best practice sharing, scaled learnings, and cross-market collaboration within internal teams.
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in FMCG,, media, or tech (client, distributor, or agency side).
E-commerce or retail media background is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to deliver against sales and media performance targets.
Strong stakeholder management skills across both commercial and regulatory functions.
Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills; advanced Excel (Looker/Tableau experience is a plus).
Confident presenter with experience engaging senior clients, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
