About the Role
New York Oncology Hematology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing practice. In this role, you will focus on benign hematology care, managing sick visits and follow‑up appointments, along with some solid tumor follow‑up visits, allowing for strong continuity and relationship‑based care. You will work closely with physicians in a supportive, team‑oriented setting that values thoughtful clinical assessment and patient engagement. This opportunity is well suited for an APP who enjoys an outpatient practice setting and building long‑term connections with patients through ongoing management and follow‑up care.

Base Salary Range: between $120,000 - $145,000 annually
About the Practice
New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH) is a large multi-specialty group in upstate New York with six cancer centers around New York State's Capital Region. We have various opportunities, including employment at large comprehensive cancer centers to small quaint rural offices. As part of our practice, we provide subspecialty oncology, hematology, stem cell, neuro-oncology, GYN oncology, mobile PET, and Women's Imaging. We are a progressive group and one of the few non-academic sites accredited to perform CAR-T therapy in the United States. Although a private practice, we are the sole hematology/oncology care providers at Albany Medical Center, the largest tertiary care/ academic center in eastern upstate NY. As a part of our association, our providers have academic appointments and are proud teachers of medical students and residents. We have a robust research department with phase 1-3 trials (NRG access). Most importantly, our organization prides itself on our providers' exceptional quality and the care they have delivered to thousands of patients yearly.
