Job Description:

Job Summary
The position is responsible for providing support to numerous groups within the IE function. He/She assists in conducting data gathering and analysis to support the work measurement and operational planning activities of the IE Supervisors. This position compiles data, develops reports, conducts periodic audits, and produces forecasts. He/She participates in time study and operational improvement activities.
 

We are seeking a motivated and practical Engineer to support and enhance our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing systems, equipment, and processes to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable services.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily engineering and technical operations related to worldwide transportation, pick-up & delivery services
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and improvement proposals
• Maintains forecasts, operating plans, and coordinates closely with functional stakeholders
• Identify operational issues and propose practical engineering solutions
• Ensure compliance audit with safety, quality, and company standards
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve facilities, equipment, or systems (e.g. sorting systems, IT tools, vehicles support, or automation tools)
• Work closely with operations, IT, and vendors to implement improvements
• Assist with new projects, system upgrades, or expansion initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or internationally recognized equivalent in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Experience in courier, logistics, transportation environments is an advantage
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills in English / Cantonese / Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc) technical or system knowledge is a plus
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, including weekends, on an occasional basis and subject to business needs
