Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Cricut’s marketing strategy for Taiwan, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and community building
- Build and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and community leaders
- Plan and execute always-on social media presence across key platforms
- Shape paid media strategy and provide creative direction while working with agencies or partners
- Partner with retail and e-commerce teams to develop co-marketing programs and in-store activations
- Plan and execute offline activations including events, workshops, and retail experiences
- Create and adapt locally relevant content for Taiwan audiences
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance
- Manage marketing budgets with strong ROI focus
- Serve as the local market expert
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years marketing experience
- Proven experience in Taiwan market
- Strong social media and content experience
- Experience managing influencer partnerships
- Understanding of paid media platforms
- Familiarity with Taiwan e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
