The Horse & Jockey Hotel is looking for a hardworking Guest Services Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms are spotless and welcoming, focusing on high-quality cleaning, linen changes, and attention to detail. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
